Very friendly staff, with the most important parameter being that this is the first time I am seeing such an extremely clean and hygienic property completely non-smoking, endless cups of coffee with smoking zone outside, the quiet coffee table area being soothed by the fountain in a pool of open aquarium with lovely fishes, everything so clean that sitting outside for a coffee and a smoke and gazing at the pool with its bubbling pot of water and the sprinkling fountains and the swaying fishes, with the gentle breeze from the woods opposite on the brow, the experience was meditative. All around the property the positive vibes on all the posters with pearls of wisdom and motivational words, with the beautiful wall paint and hangings, the 7 Heaven Boutique Hotel really made us feel like in a peaceful heaven. Inside the room, everything was just right and adequate for a comfortable and soothing stay. Really surprised, and now really happy, to have discovered such a 'family nest' in a quite place. The location is also excellent for business people and visitors of all kinds. Nearby availability of all kinds of food and beverages, banks, shops, temples, malls, hospital and other utility services make the location ideal for visitors of all types. Next time if in Johor Bahru, again it is 7 Heaven Masai-Pasir Gudang for me and family.

Excellent value for the price. Place is very clean, rooms are spacious, check in was smooth and easy. Free drinks machine - milo, coffee and tea - at lobby. Very nice lobby design and amenities, so easy to do work anywhere, from room to lobby. Lots of power points available in lobby and in room. WiFi free and speedy. Lots of food and convenience store options around, even mcd is a short walk. The rojak at Osman mamak is the best! And the hotel is flanked by two massage spas as well! Self service dobi/laundry at the back. Definitely will make this hotel a must-return spot ☺️☺️❤️

As we need to check in before 12am, so I call the hotel last minute after 12am because we cannot check in on time and the receptionist said no problem. Toilet is safe for every age as it is not slippery Comfortable bed But it seem our room is connected to other room because got another lock door Regardless, remember to have extra cash upon check in because we need to pay deposit + room price per your stay. TV are working, can dry your hair and cook some hot water for yourself Hygiene is another level as their shampoo and soap liquid is stick to their toilet wall.

The hotel was very clean...the beds were very comfy and everything in the room was simply perfect....the view outside the bedroom was beautiful with the string of fairy lights...we even managed to catch a glimpse of the cny fireworks...the food around the area is awesome and there is even a pharmacy nearby...it was our first time here and we dint have the heart to leave..this is probably the best hotel we have stayed in in jb and we're surely coming back again...😍👍👍

Great room for the price. Bed was super comfy, toilet super clean. Well maintained and well refurbished. A few minutes drive away from fast food and larger eateries, lotus, cbtl, starbucks. And a must try is Nasi Blauk HQ in Taman Bukit Dahlia which is less than 10mins drive away
